We're here for you.
If you're aged 13-24, and are going through cancer or you've experienced
it in the past - we're here for you.
No matter how long it's been since you were diagnosed,
you can join our regular activities and short breaks away from home
with others your age who get what you're going through.
There's no limit to how long you can access our support, or how often.
You're not alone.
We get it. Cancer affects so much more than your health - it impacts the rest of your life too.
From friendships and relationships to school, work, your appearance, fitness, and even your independence - everything changes and it can feel overwhelming.
But cancer doesn’t have to put your life on hold, and you don't have to face it alone.
We’re here to help you keep doing the things you love, try new experiences, make new friends, and live life to the full with others who know what it's like to face cancer at this age.
Whether you've recently been diagnosed, going through treatment or navigating life in remission - we're here for you through every challenge that cancer brings.

Here through every stage
It takes time to process, and overcome the impact of cancer - mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Cancer can still affect your life long after treatment comes to an end. That's why we're here whenever you need us, and for however long you need us for.
The support you need now, may change over time, here's a look at how we can help you.
Our regular digital activities are the perfect way for you to stay safe, whilst still connecting with others virtually.
They are a welcome distraction from treatment and medical appointments. And, when you’re ready, our face-to-face activities will be waiting for you.
Have you recently been diagnosed or having treatment?
When the routine of treatment and regular appointments comes to an end - our digital, and in-person activities can help you to form a new routine, and have something to look forward to.
It’s the perfect way to ease yourself back into socialising, by spending time with others who know how you feel.
Are you recovering from treatment?
Our activities and residential stays are opportunities for you to learn new skills, challenge yourself, regain your independence, and rebuild your confidence - preparing you for the next steps you take.
Are you in remission and wondering 'what's next?'
See what's coming up!

I’ve made so many great friends through Teens Unite.
The activities have given me confidence in my own abilities, making me want to strive further and try new things each day.
I can’t explain with words how much I have been inspired by Teens Unite, they have made a huge impact in my life and I am so thankful.
